Insurance Quotes & Information

Please call us direct if you require a quote for your caravan or motor home, however we aim provide some general information which we hope you find useful, as all companies operate different administration polices which can prove time consuming.

• Please call us first, we will advise if we are able to provide a quote for yourself or the insurance company:

• If we are able to proceed we will require you to send us photos of the issues of concern:

• Please include full model, year, registration, VIN number:

• Full details of the works required:

• Name, Address, Phone, & Email:

• You will be required to bring in your vehicle for pre quote inspection:

• Please advise us if you would like settle the invoice direct to us, or if you require to settle with the insurance company [note that insurance settlement is dependent on which company you use.]

• Please remove all personal items:

• We may require a deposit [before works are started]

• We require invoices settled via BACS if you are to settle the invoice yourself.

• Please ask if you require any help or advice.

Damp Issues & Repairs General Information

The following is intended as a general guide only, you should always contact us first & this advise is for both caravans & motorhomes.

• Please provide as mush detail as possible when you contact us so that we can advise if we are able to proceed.

• We will need full model, year,VIN number, registration if motorhome.

• We require your full name, phone, address, & email details.

• We may ask you to send us photos of the affected areas. 

• We may require a deposit.

• As a general rule, we no longer work on models before year 2000 due to obtaining required parts, however we may be able to help so contact us first.

• We require that you bring your vehicles to us for pre inspections, we can then advise if we are able to proceed.

• All quotes are subject to VAT

• The caravan or motorhome must be cleared of all personal items, we are not libel for any damage as a result of not clearing your vehicle. [please ensure your toilet is empty!]

• We may ask that your invoice is settled via BACS, we will advise amounts when your vehicle is ready for collection.
